Thirst ProjectThe Thirst Project has made a commitment to provide access to safe, clean drinking water to all people in the country by 2022. To aid their efforts, The New York District Key Club now donates money to The Thirst Project in order to build water projects around the world, bringing clean water to impoverished countries. Through volunteer events & fundraisers such as Water Wars, we - as a club - are able to have a long lasting impact on the Thirst Project by raising funds for them!

The Eliminate ProjectFor years, Kiwanis International and UNICEF have joined forces to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus. Maternal and neonatal tetanus affect mainly women and premature babies - causing extreme pain and discomfort for women at the time of birth. As Key Club International puts it, "The end of this one disease means the beginning of better health for so many families."
